Acelero Learning - a direct provider of Head Start/Early Head Start services in NJ, NV, PA and WI

Shine Early Learning has four business units operating nationwide:

  • Shine Assist - provides tailored support to HS/EHS programs over multi-year partnerships
  • Shine Implement - provides a high impact model to new HS/EHS operators, including the staffing of key leadership and staff positions
  • Shine Fortify - provides interim executive/senior-level staffing support for HS/EHS programs
  • Shine Advance - partners with organizations in the field of Early Childhood Education to provide technical assistance support. Spark Indiana is an Advance partner.
